Lots of laughter and lots of love...I'm not sure how else to describe the afternoon I got to spend with this sweet family. I met up with Dana, Sacha and their adorable 7-month old son, Tristan a few weeks ago for their family photo shoot. It was way too cold to shoot outside, so we sipped on tea (thanks again) and photographed indoors. I also got to meet up with Dana's extended family... everyone was so fun and so beautiful...

This couple got engaged last Christmas, so it only seemed right to get their engagement pictures with a Christmas tree....so we searched for the largest tree in Edmonton and found ourselves at West Edmonton Mall just a few weeks ago. Stay tuned for more pictures from Clement and Cassandra's wedding in July. It was great seeing you guys again - good luck with the rest of your wedding planning!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

sweet.kisses for sharleen and jaime

I had the honour of being the Second Photographer for Michele King Photography for Sharleen and Jaime's wedding a few months ago... and I just had to share some of these sweet moments with you. Sharleen and Jaime had a beautiful outdoor ceremony witnessed by their closest friends and family in the courtyard at NAIT, which was followed by a lovely reception. I especially loved this special moment during the father/daughter dance. It was so great meeting you guys. Congratulations!!!

You know when a song gets stuck in your head...ALL DAY LONG....

I burst out laughing yesterday as I was strolling down the ailes at our local grocery store after I realized I'd been humming the theme song from Dora the Explorer for the past 30 minutes. My daughter didn't seem to mind one bit....ha ha!

These two beautiful sisters (look at their EYES!) called me for a photo shoot so they could give their Mom some pictures for Christmas and I thought it was a FANTASTIC idea!  Cherry and Marsha met me on Whyte Avenue (Edmonton, Alberta), and we had a great time discovering new locations together.

PS: I really should do a blog entry with all the "out-takes" of your jumping pictures...ha ha!  It was so nice seeing you guys again! Enjoy your photos and keep in touch.

Beautiful weather, beautiful colors and a beautiful couple. I was the Second Photographer for Michele King Photography and had a great time spending the day with Sonja and Steve at their wedding a few months ago.They had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony at Sonja's parent's acreage, followed by a champagne brunch with their closest friends and family.The fun went on and on as we continued with photos and ended the day with an elegant reception at the Officer's Mess at the Edmonton Garrison. I had such a great time photographying Erin - this is baby #2 for her and I'm so glad we got together to take some maternity pictures - it's such a special time!!! Riley (baby #1) was excited at our photo shoot too, he made sure I knew he was there .... so I just HAD to take some pics of him too. He loved snuggling with mommy, especially when it was time to read his book....isn't he adorable, check out that smile.
